Help Us Decide: Vote for a Winner!

2025 Pole Pedal Paddle winner.

Artwork Design Contest

Each year, talented artists compete for the honor of creating the official SELCO Pole Pedal Paddle design. In 2025, Caya Christiansen, a graduate of Summit High School, earned the top spot with her vibrant design showcasing iconic Pole Pedal Paddle events and beloved area landmarks. Her artwork will appear on official event merchandise, helping celebrate the creative, community spirit of this Central Oregon event.

The contest is part of our partnership with the iconic Pole Pedal Paddle, a multi-sport race benefiting the Mt. Bachelor Sports Education Foundation (MBSEF). MBSEF’s programs help over 800 young athletes develop skills in alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, freeride skiing, and cycling, building sportsmanship, self-discipline, and lifelong healthy habits.

Educators dream big, and we’re here to help them bring those dreams to life! Through our Classroom Makeover program, we invite the public to vote on inspiring projects that enhance learning environments for students. The three projects with the most votes receive up to $15,000 each, making a lasting impact on classrooms across our communities.

In the fall of 2024, we received incredible submissions from dedicated educators eager to create engaging, innovative spaces for their students.
