We don’t simply want to support causes—we want to help take charge of them. Providing financial support is an important way of ensuring our community-minded organizations can continue their essential work, but there’s no substitute for working directly in the communities we call home—and no better way to understand the challenges in order to find solutions.

Every team member receives 20 hours of paid volunteer time to support organizations and causes they’re passionate about. If you have a volunteer opportunity, please send it to us at stepsup@selco.org and we’ll share it with our team!
