Press Release

September 18, 2018—SELCO Community Credit Union Hires Sandy Wagner as Central Oregon Regional Manager

Wagner brings 15 years of experience to her new role

(BEND, Ore.) — SELCO Community Credit Union recently hired Sandy Wagner as Central Oregon regional manager. In this role, Wagner will oversee all day-to-day operations at SELCO’s five Central Oregon branches—East Bend, West Bend, Old Mill, Redmond, and Redmond Wal-Mart—as well as the Burns branch. She will work from the Old Mill branch, located at 88 SW Scalehouse Loop.

Wagner joins SELCO after spending 15 years at Advantis Credit Union in Portland. She held several positions at Advantis, working her way up from part-time teller to director of retail branches. Beyond overseeing day-to-day operations at SELCO, Wagner will also support and partner with managers for business development and community involvement in an effort to grow their brand and business in Central and Eastern Oregon.

“Sandy joins SELCO with years of credit union experience and an in-depth knowledge of financial service operations,” said Tiffany Washington, senior vice president of Finance & Member Solutions at SELCO. “We’re thrilled someone with Sandy’s proven leadership qualities, and commitment to member service has joined our Central Oregon team to provide additional support to the region.”

Wagner was born and raised in Portland. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from California Coast University. Away from work, she enjoys hiking and working in the yard, watching football, and spending time with her two grandchildren.
