Delete A User

If an employee has been terminated or no longer needs access to your digital banking, we recommend deleting them as a user. We encourage your business to remove users' access in a timely manner for your security and organized recordkeeping. To learn more about the prerequisites to delete a user and for definitions of the permissions, please refer to the Business Digital Banking Manage Users Guide (digital banking login required). 

  1. Step 1

    Click Manage Users, Users in the left navigation, then View next to the user's name you wish to delete.

  2. Step 2

    Click More, then select Delete User.

    To confirm that this user should be removed, select Accept and Continue.
