Keegan Barsuglia
Assistant Cash Management Officer
Keegan was born and raised in McKinleyville, California. After graduating from Humboldt State University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, he moved to Salem, Oregon, and began his professional career as a personal banker at KeyBank. He then spent two years as a Branch Manager and Business Relationship Manager at KeyBank, focusing on team leadership and supporting local businesses. After moving to Sherwood, Oregon, in 2022, Keegan continued in that role before eventually taking on new responsibilities as a Merchant Advisor for KeyBank. He has since settled in Redmond, Oregon, and joined SELCO’s Commercial & Business Banking team in 2025.
Away from work, Keegan volunteers with Run Sisters Run, an organization based in Sisters, Oregon, which hosts 5K’s and other races throughout Central Oregon. Prior to moving to Redmond, he was a member of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Keegan enjoys golfing, following Bay Area sports teams, and spending time outdoors with friends and family to take advantage of the activity-rich environment of Central Oregon.
